AN EVENING OF MUSIC & MEMORIES AT CLUB PASSIM'S 60TH CELEBRATION

On November 14, the Folk Americana Roots Hall of Fame sponsored a benefit concert celebrating the 60th anniversary of Boston's Club Passim at the Boch Center. Hosted by WGBH’s Brian O’Donovan, the night included plenty of talk about those 60 years before a packed house at the Shubert Theatre. Highlights included a preshow reception in the Wang Theatre, performances by Dar Williams, Josh Ritter, Peter Wolf and Patty Griffin and Joan Baez presenting the first Passim Lifetime Achievement Award to her longtime friend and one of of Club Passim's founding members, Betsy Siggins.
